Hi there, My name is Davidson Francois and I am the owner of Down South Florida Home Buyers. I was introduced to Real Estate at an early age by my mother. Growing up in a low income household I understand the different situation homeowners go through on day to day basis. Down South Florida Home Buyers was established just for that reason while making a living to support my family. When I’m not assisting clients and handling properties, you can find me being a super dad to my kids.
Executive Assistant/Buying Coordinator
Daniella Tesaluna is the pulse of Down South Florida Home Buyers and also “The baby” of our company. Her main job is to answer the phone calls and schedule calls from our web form. The purpose of her work is to understand the goals of owners, the specifics of the property, and see if working with us is a good fit. I have never seen anyone as passionate about their job as the Owner.
Marketing Specialist/Selling Coordinator
Kharla Ludovice leads our marketing team as well as the disposition department. Kharla is our specialist who oversees our sales team and ensures quotas are being met for the company. Kharla act as a liaison by providing valuable feedback from the customers and sales team to upper management.
Our core beliefs is what helps us provide great service to our clients. Although all clients are different in many ways these are the core beliefs we feel applies to all.
